Our tools require no user registration, password creation, or paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service for maintenance without notice.

3. Typing Certificates Disclaimer

Typing certificates generated on our Free Typing Certificate page are rendered purely on the client-side via HTML5 canvas and PDF export:

• Certificates represent self-administered, unproctored speed assessments.
• They serve as informative benchmarks for resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and personal skill tracking.
• They do not constitute government-accredited civil service diplomas unless verified in-person by an employer.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All original content, interface styling, code snippets, branding, and algorithms on The Free Typing Test are the property of the website operators. You may not:

• Automate excessive scraping or attack our static delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare CDN).
• Mirror or frame our typing tools on third-party commercial domains without attribution.
• Use automated typing bots to fraudulently manipulate client-side score certificates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The Free Typing Test shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our speed testing tools.
